Paulo Caulho said, ““Anxiety was born in the very same moment as mankind. And since we will never be able to master it, we will have to learn to live with it—just as we have learned to live with storms.”
It is okay to have a bad day; you are human.
Sometimes I feel anxiety creep in like a tremor to my core, even when I’m in a good mood. Reassuring myself that it is okay to feel this and accepting my anxiety for who I am instead of battling it is enough to calm me and allows me to move forward.
Learn to love yourself for who you are and remain curious for the emotions you feel. If you dig deeper and remain intact with your emotions then it becomes easier to cope.
Shunning your pain is like ignoring the white elephant in the room. Acknowledge it, question it and put it in your pocket.
Love all of you and everything will be better once you do.
